The proposed scope for this project includes installing a traffic signal at Bluff\Bluff Industrial, perform intersection improvements as needed, and then resurface the road.
Project Status:
- Bluff Rd. Widening project is in the ROW phase. ATP approved for ROW. Contractor continuing to acquire ROW. Once we have secured all ROW the transition to construction will begin.
