The scope of the proposed neighborhood improvement project(s) will be determined in Phase 1 (concept phase) of this project. Project(s) and scope options will be selected directly from the approved Richland County Neighborhood Master Plan and refined based upon public and stakeholder input and available funding.

 

Project Status:

  • The concept report was completed on April 8, 2019, and approved by the County Council in May 2019. Preliminary Construction plans have been submitted to the SCDOT for review. Once these plans are approved and we obtain the necessary right of way, then we can move forward to construction.
