Project Status:

• The project is complete, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held on November 12, 2025, to commemorate its substantial completion. The final construction activity consisted of roadway leveling performed during the week of April 20 to ensure proper surface elevation and drainage, followed by the placement of the final asphalt driving surface. This work marked the completion of all construction activities, and a final inspection was scheduled for May 12 and a punch-list was issued following the inspection.  The completion of this punch-list will mark the end of the project.
