Project Status:

• Pre-Construction Meeting held on June 2, 2026. Notice to Proceed issued for July
  13, 2026. McClam Construction's Phase 1A and Phase 1B project managers are attending weekly coordination meetings to ensure completion of Phase 1A work are in place to allow Phase 1B work to be underway. Coordination underway with CSX and Norfolk Southern railroads to manage construction around their right-of-ways. Transportation in discussions with CSX to redesign stormwater pond to reduce or eliminate runoff under existing railroad crossline stormwater pipe.
