The widening of Atlas Road from 2 lanes to 5 lanes between Shop Road and Garners Ferry Road. Phase 1A covers all utility relocation work.
Project Status:
- Richland County issued the NTP on November 11, 2024 and has an estimated date for completion of March 16, 2026. We believe that water and sewer relocations will be in place by the end of January 2026. The remaining items are expected to meet the March 16, 2026 completion date.
