The widening of Atlas Road from 2 lanes to 5 lanes between Shop Road and Garners Ferry Road. Phase 1A covers all utility relocation work.
Project Status:
- Water and sewer relocation will be substantially complete by the September 14, 2026, deadline. Additional work under Phase 1A will need to be completed in coordination with Phase 1B's road construction.
