Project Status:

• We have secured all necessary construction permits for the Creech Road and McNulty Road improvements, and both locations are now fully authorized to proceed with planned roadway activities. The project team is currently in the final stages of acquiring the remaining right-of-way interests, including the legal permissions and property rights needed to support construction, access, and long-term maintenance of the corridor. Once right-of-way acquisition is complete, we will transition into active construction, coordinating closely with adjacent property owners and stakeholders to minimize impacts and maintain safe traffic operations throughout the duration of the work. This milestone will position the Creech Rd project to move efficiently into its next phase and keep the overall schedule on track.
