The scope of the proposed neighborhood improvement project(s) will be determined in Phase 1 (concept phase) of this project. Project(s) and scope options will be selected directly from the approved Richland County Neighborhood Master Plan and refined based upon public and stakeholder input and available funding.

 

Project Status:

  • The Concept Report was completed on April 8, 2019 and approved by County Council in May 2019. Final right of way plans were approved by SCDOT; We are currently addressing comments from the SCDOT on the project and these comments will be addressed when we submit the for construction set of plans to the SCDOT for approval.
