Broad River Road Widening

The proposed scope recommends a 5‐lane section (4 travel lanes and a center turn lane) between Royal Tower Drive and Dutch Fork Road. Pedestrian accommodations shall include on-street bike lanes and sidewalks.
Project Status:
- County Council to consider staff's recommendation to award road widening and concrete cap installation to lowest bidders at the December 9th meeting. Notice to Proceed to construction expected to be issued in early February 2026.
