The scope of the proposed neighborhood improvement project was determined in Phase 1 (concept phase) of this Project. The project scope was selected directly from the approved Richland County Neighborhood Master Plan and refined based on public and stakeholder input and available funding. The Decker Signal Project begins at O'Neal Court and includes traffic signal enhancements at Brookfield Road, Faraway Drive, and Percival Road.
Project Status:
- The encroachment permit for the signals has been reviewed by SCDOT, we have received comments from SCDOT and our OET is making changes to the drawings to address these comments. There are several changes to the plans because SCDOT has already performed some of the work listed in the plans.
