The scope of the proposed neighborhood improvement project was determined in Phase 1 (concept phase) of this project. The project scope was selected directly from the approved Richland County Neighborhood Master Plan and refined based on public and stakeholder input and available funding. The Hunt Club Road project begins at O'Neal Court and runs to Chatsworth Road. The project is .5 miles long and consists of a 5 ft. wide sidewalk along the length of the project.
Project Status:
- On Hunt Club Road, our designer has submitted an estimate for project costs, the estimate has been reviewed by OSBO and a goal of 12% has been set; procurement has reviewed the project files and the project has been advertised.
