Gills Creek Greenway

The scope of this project was identified in Phase 1 (concept phase) of this project, and was based on public and stakeholder input, impact studies, and costs. Phase 2 scope includes approximately two thousand five hundred (2,500) linear feet of a greenway and trail with boardwalks and supporting facilities that extend along Gills Creek from S‐2205 (Crowson Rd.) to S‐407 (Mikell Lane).
Project Status:
- The project remains in technical design. Crowson Road redesign continues to address the transit stop, retaining wall, ADA access, drainage, utilities, and ROW needs. The County completed its review of the consultant's additional services proposal and directed revision of the scope and fee. City/COMET coordination and ROW acquisition continue as the design advances.
