Project Status:

• The Percival Road project has achieved substantial completion, with the contractor having satisfied all contract line items, including the full scope of work and all required deliverables. A final inspection was conducted on March 24, 2026, to assess construction quality and completeness. Subsequently, a punch list was generated to document minor deficiencies and remaining corrective items. The contractor has now addressed all punch list items, and the project will be recommended for final acceptance and formal closeout.
