Project Status:

• The project has reached substantial completion, with the contractor fulfilling all contract line items, including the full scope of work and required deliverables. A final inspection was conducted on March 24, 2026, to evaluate the quality and completeness of the construction. Following the inspection, a punch list was developed to identify minor deficiencies and outstanding items requiring resolution. The contractor is actively addressing these items in a timely and coordinated manner. Upon satisfactory completion of all punch-list items, the project will be considered for final acceptance and formal closeout.
