Project Status:

• The project has achieved substantial completion, with the contractor having fulfilled all contract line items, including the full scope of work and required deliverables. A final inspection was conducted on March 24, 2026, to assess construction quality and completeness. Following the inspection, a punch-list was generated to document minor deficiencies and remaining items requiring correction. The contractor is actively addressing these items in a timely and coordinated fashion. Upon satisfactory resolution of all punch-list items, the project will be recommended for final acceptance and formal closeout.
