Columbia Mall Greenway
The proposed project is a greenway which bypasses the congested areas around Columbia Mall, beginning at Trenholm Road North of O’Neil Ct. to Trenholm Road South of Dent Middle School.
Commerce Drive Improvements
The project for re-alignment of the roads awaits runway expansion approvel by FAA.
Crane Creek Greenway
Project scope is to design a recreational greenway from the Columbia canal diversion dam (headgates) extending north along the west side of the Broad River across Smith Branch, then turn toward the edge of Broad River and continue north along the rivers edge crossing over Crane Creek and terminating just north of the Crane Creek. Design a bridge across Smith Branch to carry City of Columbia specified vehicles and pedestrian crossing over Crane Creek.
Crane Creek NIP
The scope of this project was determined in Phase 1 (concept phase) and was selected directly from the approved Richland County Neighborhood Master Plan and refined based public and stakeholder input and available funding. The project will be further broken down into two phases. Phase 2 will include (1) new sidewalk and streetscape improvements along Blue Ridge Terrace, Heyward Brockington Road, and Crane Church Road; and (2) streetscape improvements along Monticello Road. Phase 3 will include new sidewalks along Dakota Drive, Seagull Lane, Roberson Street, and Lincolnshire North Drive.
Decker/Woodfield NIP
The scope of the proposed neighborhood improvement project was determined in Phase 1 (concept phase) of this project. The project scope was selected directly from the approved Richland County Neighborhood Master Plan and refined based on public and stakeholder input and available funding. The project will be further broken down into two phases. Phase 2 will include design and plan development for Brookfield Sidewalk, Faraway Sidewalk and the Chatsworth Pedestrian Connector. Phase 3 will include Decker Blvd Streetscape improvements including intersection improvements along Decker Blvd.
Dirt Road Package K
The work consists of complete sitework and traffic control including, but not limited to: clearing and grubbing, demolition, unclassified excavation, borrow excavation, sub-base, earth base and aggregate base courses, hot mix asphalt, pavement markings, signage, storm drainage piping and structures, grassing and erosion control measures located within Richland County. (Robert James Road, Rocky Road, Barkley Road 11, South Dr).

Dirt Road Package L
The work includes the paving of Dogwood Shores Lane, Lake Dogwood Circle S, and Wider Rd. These roads include 9 foot wide lanes and total 3,598 ft in length. Other improvements include upgrades to stormwater drainage other safety measures.
