Percival Road Sidewalk
Project consists of a 5 ft. wide concrete sidewalk on one side along Percival Road from Forest Drive to Decker Boulevard.




Pineview Road Widening
This project will consist of widening the existing roadway to three lanes between Shop Road (SC 768) and Garners Ferry Road (US 76/US 378). The addition of a two-way left turn lane along the length of the roadway with exclusive left turn lanes at certain locations.




Polo Road Widening
The proposed scope recommends a two-lane widened roadway from approximately 200’ south of the intersection with Two Notch Road to Mallet Hill Road with bicycle and pedestrian accommodations. The scope provides intersection turn lane improvements at four intersections (Hope Road, Running Fox Road, Miles Road, and south bound portion of Mallet Hill Road), and will include bikelanes and 5’ sidewalks. Traffic signals will be improved either by upgrading or modifications to existing signals.

Milling, full-depth patching, and/or resurfacing of approximately 18.22 miles of roadway located within Richland County.

Saluda Riverway Greenway Project, Phase 2
The Saluda Riverwalk Greenway Project is a 4,800LF greenway project that connects to the previously construction Saluda Riverwalk Greenway Project, Phase 1 at the Riverbank Zoo. This project will be constructed in partnership with the Boyd Foundation. The project includes 3,840LF of a concrete pathway with the balance consisting of an elevated wood boardwalk. Additional improvements will include lighting, call boxes, concrete overlook and signage




Screaming Eagle/Percival Intersection
The proposed scope recommends realigning Screaming Eagle Road to bring the angle of the intersection closer to 90 degrees, which will improve safety, as well as widening Screaming Eagle Road to provide left- and right-turn lanes to improve capacity. Percival Road will also be widened to provide a left-turn lane onto Screaming Eagle Road.
