Project Status:

• The project remains in the active Right-of-Way acquisition phase, with continued progression toward condemnation on select tracts. ROW coordination has advanced, with updated data sheets and exhibits reconciled and confirmed as consistent, and remaining permissions removed to finalize acquisition documentation. Several tracts are now moving into final condemnation preparation, including issuance of amicable settlement letters for properties with no response following appraisal delivery and required response periods. Tracts 6 and 7 (same ownership) are actively being advanced through this amicable settlement step in preparation for potential condemnation filing if unresolved. Coordination among the County, ROW consultant, and design team continues to support acquisition completion and legal documentation preparation, with ROW files being readied for formal turn-in. Overall project development continues to progress through ROW acquisition milestones and preparation for condemnation where necessary to maintain delivery schedule.
