Project Status:

• Appraisal reviews have been finalized, and updated offers are moving forward. Documentation is being prepared to advance select properties through condemnation where necessary to keep the project on schedule. Property ownership questions near the railroad are also being actively resolved. The design team successfully coordinated with property owners regarding Dominion Energy utility access. Ongoing communication with CSX Railroad continues to support overall project delivery alignment. Next Steps: Right-of-way acquisition, design coordination, and contract administration will continue progressing to support the upcoming phases of project construction.
