The scope of the proposed neighborhood improvement project(s) will be determined in Phase 1 (concept phase) of this project. Project(s) and scope options will be selected directly from the approved Richland County Neighborhood Master Plan and refined based upon public and stakeholder input and available funding.
Project Status:
- OET has completed project design. The cost estimate has been sent to OSBO for goal setting, the goal was set at 22%. The pre-bid package has been forwarded to the procurement department for review. Once processed by procurement the project will be advertised and open for eligible bidders.
