The scope of the proposed neighborhood improvement project(s) will be determined in Phase 1 (concept phase) of this project. Project(s) and scope options will be selected directly from the approved Richland County Neighborhood Master Plan and refined based upon public and stakeholder input and available funding. This project currently has 7 sidewalk installs located in district 3 (Claudia Dr SW, Humphrey Dr SW, Nancy Ave SW, Shakespeare Rd SW, Sprott St SW, Warner Dr SW, Westmore Dr SW). Trenholm Acres\New castle NIP is currently in the Design stage.
Project Status:
- OET has completed project design. The cost estimate has been sent to OSBO for goal setting, the goal was set at 22%. Pre-bid package sent to Procurement for processing. After procurement has processed project package, package will be open to eligible bidders. Low bidder is being reviewed by Richland County management.
