Kelly Mill Road Widening

The proposed scope recommends widening the current roadway alignment from two lanes to three lanes (This new alignment starts at the intersection at with Hard scrabble road and extends 1.2 miles along Kelly Mill Road), along with adding sidewalk on both sides of the roadway for pedestrian access to Lake Carolina Elementary School & Kelly Mill Middle school.
Project Status:
- Our OET submitted a scope and fee for design services. The County has received and executed the design fee and OET has begun work on the plans. ROW plans have been submitted to SCDOT for review. We have reviewed comments from several public meeting and are incorporating the comments from the meetings into the plans for approval by SCDOT.
