A monthly departmental report is compiled to inform the public of all ongoing project progress and expenditures. These reports contain a project scope, projected timeline, projected and month-to-date expenditures, as well as any project progress made for that month. Once a project is completed and closed out, its page is removed from the next month’s report; however, a list of completed projects can be found toward the back of the report.
