Project Status
Construction Phase
The phase where the project is being constructed/built based on the design plans and specifications.
Right-Of-Way Phase (ROW)/Permitting
ROW: Acquiring temporary or permanent rights or title to property for the greater good of the public on projects such as roads, pipelines, or utility lines.
Permitting: When official approvals are requested by the county and granted by other municipalities/agencies to begin construction.
Design Phase
The pre-construction phase where plans and specifications of the project is created. Utility coordination and the acquisition of right-of-way generally falls within or after this phase.
